OMG the balcony is being installed!

After dozens of delays and broken promises, I thought the day would never come when my beloved Juliet balcony would be installed on the front of the red brick building.  So I was in shock when the ironworker's crew showed up yesterday and began the build the base.  Of course what I really want is the ornate railing, but being able to take this pictures was wicked exciting all the same.

Maybe I'll have more to show you next week, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
